Dr Fausel responded almost immediately when I recently reached out inquiring about a home visit to see my beautiful girl over the rainbow bridge. He came within hours, with so much patience and understanding, he was so gentle to my Gracie Rose. I hurt so deeply missing her and having the closure I have means more than I could ever say. He is an amazing human being. I am forever grateful.

We moved to a new area in July 2020. Our senior dog had starting acting very strange, I reached out to Dr Fausel from a simple google search. It was during COVID, so everyone was on edge, not taking new patients.... Dr Fausel did a video call with me to discuss our Lex. We had to come to a decision for the safety of himself, that it was that time to help him over the rainbow. Dr Fausel and his wife came to our home to assist Lex to sleep. It was a very emotional, sad, and hard time for my family. Dr Fausel and Chris were amazing. Giving us time with our beloved dog, and even giving us private time as they stepped outside for a few moments to allow us time to say goodbye. Although this was something very hard for us, you could tell that the Dr and his wife truly love pets, and have strong empathy for their customers. They were able to assist us with cremation and even did a few extra loving things they did not have to. We even received a card a few weeks later from them regarding the loss of our Lex. Thank you!!!

Dr. Scott truly cares about animals and goes out of his way to help. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He takes time to answer all of your questions and really listens. If you are a cat owner look no further than Dr Scott.

While his visit to my house for my sick cat was seemingly great, upon her bloodwork arriving, I received no follow up. My cat was very ill and on her end stages of life. I was attempting to put her to rest in the comfort of my own home, but unfortunately received no call back from Dr. Fausel or staff for days and was forced to have my final moments with her at a vet hospital. I hope he is truly in the business for the right reasons and holds compassion for pets and families who are going through these difficult times.

Dr. Fausel and his assistant were very kind and compassionate, understood the gravity of the situation for our family! I would recommend Dr. Fausel to anyone who needs at home euthanasia for a beloved family pet.
