I am immeasurably grateful to the staff and Dr Jones. Zelda had been going there for years for her medical treatments, and we have been met with patience, respect, and compassion throughout our time there. Today, the staff supported us through one of the biggest challenges... knowing when to let go. Dr Jones and the whole staff gave my family peace and comfort in navigating the process. Seeing Zelda walk to Dr Jones' arms truly showed me how much care and empathy they have for animals. Comfort. Love. Empathy. To the entire team... we are so blessed to have had you care for our old gal. This is not just a vet... this is supportive care and nurturing of the soul at Ark. The whole Murdoch crew are proud patients of Ark!

My name is Shellie. Dr. Jones was recommended to me by a staff member and friend Deb where I volunteer at the Humane Society of Lebanon County. My Carly Sue has been ill. Dr Jones was awesome and amazing with my sick little feline. She actually sat on the floor with her to examine the frightened little girl. She answered all my questions and anticipated questions for me and my husband and took time explaining our alternatives. Unfortunately Carly Sue has a serious prognosis but Dr. Jones tried to give us hope of a possibility of improvement. She assured my husband and myself that she would do her absolute best to help her. Thank you Deb for recommending Dr. Jones and Thank you Dr.Jones for caring so much for my Carly Sue. God bless

My cat Philip had been a patient there and was being treated for liver issues and hyper thyroid. For a few days he was not eating and began losing weight. They were great until I really needed them. When I called to make an appointment I was told they were too busy and to take him somewhere else, which I did. This from the Vet who knew his issues, had records of his medications, weight history, etc. Sadly he passed away in August. Then today I receive a message from them wishing him a happy birthday with a wish for many more to come. If they had contacted me to find out how he was doing after telling me they could not see him they would have been advised he died and I wouldn’t be sending this message. They didn’t care enough to do so. Sad commentary for a supposedly cares about our fur babies.
