I never had to take my pet to an emergency vet before so this was my first experience but Blue Pearl was the first one I found, my dog injured his leg running up steps so I took him to Blue Pearl and I can't begin to express how satisfied I was with the treatment and overall care from the team there while I was in the office. I was kept up to date had nothing was done without speaking with me first, I appreciate the level of service professionalism that was shown in the building. Thanks to everyone involved!!

We were in a panic with our pug that couldn’t breathe. They took care of us immediately and were very calm and friendly. The facility is clean and bright. They explained everything thoroughly. I’m very glad we took him there. I just wish it wasn’t quite as costly. I definitely would use again if needed

After Bella was attacked by an unleashed dog, we were terrified and overwhelmed. The team at BluePearl Veterinary Hospital truly saved her life, and I cannot express how grateful we are for everything they did for her throughout this incredibly difficult journey. Bella required surgery and faced several complications during the healing process, but every single doctor, technician, and staff member we worked with was compassionate, honest, detailed, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. They always took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer our questions, and make sure we felt informed and cared for during such an emotional time. Dr. Clendaniel and the staff went above and beyond for Bella, and it was so clear how deeply they cared about her recovery and wellbeing. Their dedication, professionalism, and kindness meant the world to us. Thank you to the entire BluePearl team for giving Bella a second chance and for treating her with so much love and care!

My cat, Spice Girl, was in extreme pain and very ill after swallowing sewing thread. Staff was empathetic and caring. The plan of care was explained in detail. The expenses were clearly outlined. Spice Girl required emergency surgery. Prior to surgery, the anethesiologist came and explained the surgery. Staff allowed me to stay with Spice Girl until they were ready to take her for surgery. The surgeon called me after the surgery to give me the details of the surgery. When picking Spice Girl up after she had recovered sufficiently. Staff took plenty of time to explain her needed care and answer my questions.
