Great vet clinic. You can tell Dr. Shepard genuinely cares about all of the animals coming in. It’s also very nice to have one on one with him and our dogs for all of our visits. Highly recommend!

To start the doctor said remove this bill last year or the year before. So we adopted a dog, start taking him to this business along with our other dog. And we were about to add our third dog. Apparently, one the adopted dogs previous owner also used this veterinary service, they missed an appointment several years ago. We have since had ours dogs there to have their shots and get fixed. Now this nasty little secretary gets on the phone and says she wants $189 for a visit the previous owner missed.. After a long wasteful conversation we decided to remove all three dogs from this place. They have no idea how to follow their own doctors instructions, and depends who’s sitting at the front desk what kind of service you get. So they can sit there and stare at $189 bill from the previous owner, while thousands of dollars walk away over a bill we had nothing to do with.
