I am so lost for words. I took my pup there in a panic because she was bleeding from what looked like a blister or a growth, it was swollen and was causing her extreme discomfort. Yes im greatful they got her in because it was 545pm and I guess they were closing at 6 she made that perfectly clear. I was terrified because my girl has never had any health issues and yes she is old but vibrant. They young man that works there was kind and gentle, the Doc seemed very nice but constantly stated very blunt and what I know see was rude comments.. He never touched my girl had me pick her up on the table and within 1 second said she had Cancer......I almost lost my mind. My heart dropped. He said they would give her a shot to ease her pain and that we need to decide what we wanted to do. Said she could have surgery but just like him being 80yrs old it's a good chance she wouldn't make it..Alot more negativity was said as they continued to remind me they were closing. All while another pup and ower came in as well but they did not seem as rushed as they were getting shots. Long story short. I decided with the help of my daughter and son to bring her home and my son took her to W.V where they treated her wonderful and stated they see no Cancer being that they did bloodwork and Xrays gave her antibiotics cleaned her up and now she looks as if she feels great again... I am so hurt and upset..there has to be something we can do about this place.

I took my Dog Deisel. Too this vet. Because he could not.. go to the Bathroom so they decided Give him medication They think he had stomach worms never check his stool too even see if he had worms..so they gave him. A shot. For stomach worms and some other medications and 9 Days later my Dog Died. Never again will I ever take any Animal of mine to this vet.
