I WAS a client for 5+ years. Their prices have gone up astronomically but I was willing to continue bringing my dog there because it’s 2 minutes from my house and because of the staff. They also started charging a $90 same day appointment fee. Literally for what? My dog is limping and I called them to see if they had anything available, “yes we have a 1:30” I’m in route and received a call back “oh no you actually can’t come anymore Dr. Meredith said that won’t work” how unprofessional. Limping is not an emergency but the receptionist did not ask any additional questions to try and assist over the phone, and they easily could have given my dog something for the pain for the time being and I could have picked it up. I used to work at a vet as a receptionist and this encounter was unprofessional, unhelpful, and just no way to treat a long time loyal client. Will not be returning.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Christine Meredith, VMD, for the exceptional care she provided during our appointment on 9/23/2025 for our Aussie, Hans. Dr. Meredith took the time to thoroughly review Hans’ symptoms, addressed every one of my concerns with patience and clarity, and was incredibly transparent with her findings. That level of care and communication is truly rare and deeply appreciated.
