VRC was absolutely extraordinary during one of the most stressful moments for our family. Jax and Patsy both experienced serious medical emergencies within days of each other, and the care, compassion, professionalism, and urgency shown by the entire team were beyond exceptional. From the front desk staff to the veterinary team, everyone treated our dogs like they were their own. They communicated clearly, moved quickly, and gave us confidence and comfort during a genuinely scary time. Having a 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital this close to home is an incredible gift, but what truly sets VRC apart is the humanity and heart of the people who work there. Jax and Patsy are doing so much better because of you, and Patrick and I will never forget the care you gave our family. Thank you for everything.

All staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and my cat was seen and fixed up within an hour. They explain everything in detail and are truly passionate about their jobs!

The front desk is always efficient, kind, helpful. The doctors are very informative and take the time to talk to you. Even when it’s at its busiest time they are attentive and ensure follow up. They understand the stress of account injured pet. Thank you for taking care of Coco.
