I can’t say enough about how well my cat, Sophie, was treated. She was very sick when we brought her in, and her emergency stay brought her back to health. She was there for 4 days, and couldn’t have gotten better care. Everyone was so kind from the minute we got there. A veterinarian called every day with an update. The cardiologist called to give us the final results of her tests. Everyone spent as much time with us as we needed, and was extremely kind. When she was being released, there were a lot of instructions, and someone spent an hour going over all the details with us. She even showed us how to order the supplements that Sophie was going to need. We would have been lost without that help. After she came home, I called with a question. I left a message, and someone got right back to me. She even asked me to call back to give an update. When we went back for her follow-up with the cardiologist, he spent as much time as we needed, explaining everything to us & answering all of our questions. Even though we have to drive several hours to get there, this is now the only place we’ll bring our animals for critical or specialty care.

Another private equity veterinary emergency & surgery clinic designed to prey upon your love for your pet to charge you astronomical amounts, including unnecessary tests, to increase your cost & the profits of the corporations that own the clinics. Over the past 10 years, they have caused prices for veterinary care to increase 60%. Call around & find a privately owned veterinary office & take your pet there. However, if you need specialized care like a pet Ophthalmologist or Neurologist, sadly you may have no other choice. Best of luck with your beloved pets.

All the staff, Hannah, our nurse, and of course Dr. Haney, were all amazing. They’re kind, considerate, and informative. Because of Dr. Haney, we get to have a little more time with our fur baby.
