Adopted a pet who previously had been seen by this office. When I called requesting a refill of her medicine to hold us over until she sees her new vet, the office admin who I spoke to was unbelievably rude and uncaring. She denied my request, and when I asked if my dog would ok missing the meds, she replied "I don't KNOW. Ask your vet." Heartless.
