My dog has always been very anxious at the vet until we started to see Dr. Onstott. She and everyone at the practice has made each appointment tolerable for Sadie. She relaxes during her appointments. The staff has been extremely patient with me and very willing to explain something until I understand. We are facing a new issue with Sadie -and they so very supportive. The care and patience they show to both my dog and me is extraordinary.

We’ve always enjoyed Dr. Owen. And today we had Dr. Moon, he was awesome today very personable and caring. Their kindness and patience at this vet is superior. Glad they’re right down the road especially since my male cat throws up in the car . 12/10/2022- It was nice that Tara knew my littlest cat and was excited to see her (she was there for her spay) The time spent and thoroughness 3/18/24- I wish they updated their charts. I’ve become very upset with how staff keeps asking me if my cat is at a lower dose than what the veterinarian has told me which is leading to me stress and experience anxiety. 7/03/24- if you want a vet who listens and doesn’t do the run around game (becoming a trend lately at this veterinarian office) ask for Dr. Her. She listened to my concern after being told multiple different things when I said about my cat having asthma (got blew off by one veterinarian when I said my cat was having asthma attacks, had the it’s this, it’s that game which led to a lot of $$ and stress, and just too many hands in the pot) Dr. Her took her time to listen and get answers. I cannot thank her enough. And I love seeing her interact with my kitty. And asking other vets for to review my cat’s images to make sure she didn’t miss something. Dr. Her also helped me with my female cat and her “pillow paw”. The one get placed my female cat on a medication for weeks which showed no improvement. Dr. Her saw the case and reached out and said about adding another medication to help. Within days I saw improvements. Oh and I can’t forget Nikki today! She really paid attention to when my cat was getting upset and allowed him to back to the room with me to relax a little until he was calm enough to get the last image. 2/24/2026- we had Dr. Schneider today for our new puppy who isn’t feeling well. He was great! It’s always enjoyable to have a doctor who gets excited to see your animal and sincerely cares and isn’t out for $$. He talked me through all his thoughts and was very honest with the costs of things. He wasn’t pushy and really wanted answers for our pup. Love how he explained his reasoning. And like he laughed at my jokes. 5/06/2026- Devon and Courtney were amazing today. I was very worried we wouldn't be able to get my dogs ekg dt him being hyper still, but they had him calm and perfectly still. I enjoy that Devon read his chart to know to not spray him with the alcohol. Reading his chart and trying to do the egd even though he was hyper. Able to calm him down quickly and get their job done. Listening to me when I was upset. Mackenzie did good with letting me vent and being understanding

They care about your pet. Very thorough on checking your pet and take their time explaining their findings.

The staff were very friendly and they all took the time to listen and give Karma Bear the full work over , Very good experience from the time I made my appointment to the time we left.
