This is the first time I have used this provider and I am really impressed with the quality of care, they followup after discharge and I did not get sticker shock. We have another facility (not the same provider) in my area and they did not impress me. The people at this provider are top notch from the receptioness, the technician, to the doctor. If I have another emergency or need a referral for any of my six cats, this is the provider I want for them because I feel they will be well cared for and can receive the treatment they would need. Thank you for helping my little Starbuck. It was a relief to know he was well cared for and is on the mend.

We brought our cat Clark Griswold in due to concerns of urinary blockage. They were really busy that night but prioritized his life threatening condition. They successfully removed the blockage and flushed his kidneys. Thanks for saving Clarky’s life!

I called to ask basic information of how to dispose of a deceased dog if you can't afford to cremate it and I had the nastiest receptionist answer the phone. I guess places like this don't have a heart for animals or hire people that don't but it's disgusting. I know dogs make you big money but have some decency for people that look at these sweet beings like their children.
