Dr. Shreves and his team are absolutely the best of the best. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. We've been going here for a couple years now. I won't go anywhere else. The care is superb and his prices are very reasonable.

Jean Pierce - My entire family have been going here for years and they have just been spectacular. Whether it was a cat or the dog or just us with stuff going on with our animals. They’re just spectacular, especially cool and great when we’re all stressed out of our babies and they understand that.

The Dr is satisfactory, im sure. Except as usual with any vet, you go in being quoted a $140. Turns out to be $230. And that is a hardship for me. I paid it.

today my boyfriend called to make 3 appointments for our 3 cats. the lady who answered the phone was disgustingly rude. she cut him off while speaking and hung up before he could even schedule the third appointment. i’ve been using this vet for years and this is an ongoing issue. the desk asks like it’s a hassle that you’re there. everytime i have called they have been incredibly rude, short, and inconsiderate. never scheduling here again.

Pottsgrove Animal Hospital is the best. I love that it is small and private. The staff is so kind, personable and attentive. They know Izzy by name every time we come in and it just makes us feel at home and we know that they care. Izzy is a little anxious but the doc and staff always do a great job with her and make her feel comfortable. They go over everything they are doing in an appointment and they listen to our concerns. I honestly just love the whole staff. Prices are great too.
