Had to rush my beloved horse here for an anaphylaxis reaction to a bee sting recently. I am so thankful for their knowledge and quick work. They all clearly care very very much about the animals, which gave me peace knowing the one I loved. So deeply and have such a bond with, was being cared for so well by them. Everyone from all the front desk people I talked to, the doctors and techs... each of you showed how much you cared. I appreciate it more than you know that I got my boy home in time for Mother's day 🥰 I highly recommend this hospital!

Be careful of the charges you will incur without knowing or approving of them. My goat fell ill on a Sunday. It was suggested that I go to New Bolton. I called and they told me to bring in the goat and they would see what they could do. On arrival they had me pull around to the back of the building where they quickly came out and took the goat into the facility. I made my way back to the front office. I was asked to sign some papers, which I assume committed me to paying for any procedures they did. I was never told anything about any extra charges for it being a Sunday. After some time the vet came out to the lobby and suggested several things including surgery. I told him I was not able to pay for this, he suggested leaving the goat overnight which would be $700. I again said I was unable to pay this amount. We ended up putting the goat down and I took the goat home for burial. Before leaving I asked about the bill and they told me they would send it in the mail. When I received the bill for $881.00, for procedures done and a $250 fee for emergency services, because it was a Sunday, I immediately replied with an email stating I had an issue with the cost and the additional emergency charge. I never received a reply. I then wrote a letter with the same complaint asking for a response. I never received a response. What I did receive was another bill with an extra charge for not paying in 30 days. Now the bill was $907.63. I called and spoke to the billing office. The women was very nice but said the head vet said all of the charges were legitimate and there was nothing they could do.
