I really don't enjoy writing less than stellar reviews, however since I have been a customer here for 6 years, I thought I would give fair information to curious people. The practice purchased my original vet, and I was happy to stay. Since that time, their prices have gone through the roof. I know prices are going up everywhere, but a nail trim for a small dog is now $47. Not long ago it was $30. Every time we go back in the past two years it goes up each time. Even when the Vet Dr cut her nails during an already paid-for general exam, they charged extra for him to trim the nails which took 5 minutes. The other thing to note is the transient nature of the Drs here. Its hard to get the same vet as they come and go it seems.

The whole staff is so welcoming. I have been going here since I brought home my new puppy back in November. Everything is explained clearly, Dr. Miernicki and her staff listen to questions and answer so I understand everything going on. My puppy was recently spayed and had some baby teeth pulled and microchip. The surgeon called as soon as surgery was done to to tell me all went well. Explained the procedures done. Answered my questions without rushing me. At pick up the whole at home/what to expect/at home meds was all explained. They are caring and genuinely concerned about you and your puppy. Love this place.

The absolute best! Dr. Hakkinen and the staff are so kind and so caring. They take excellent care of my cats. The techs always treat them so lovingly, like a patient, not a customer. Best vet office I've ever been to!
