From my panicked phone call, Heidi was absolutely incredible. Before we even walked through the door, she helped calm a very stressful and emotional situation. She was compassionate, patient, understanding, and took the time to help with everything we needed. You can truly tell she cares deeply about both the animals and the people who love them. When we arrived, that same kindness and professionalism continued, and she genuinely stood out throughout the entire experience. Tabatha was amazing also she was so kind, caring, and helpful during our visit! Every interaction with her made us feel supported and welcomed during a difficult time. Dr Now reallllly went above and beyond for Diesel and was absolutely wonderful! She made sure that he was safe and that I also felt comfortable with everything during such a scary moment. We are beyond grateful for the care, attention, and compassion shown to him. Thank you all for treating Diesel with so much love and care when we needed it most. & to “Aunt Heidi” our angel. And the Doc and staff …I can’t say thank you enough 🖤🐾 i

We found 2 runaway dogs on the street. After exhausting local government resources and getting nowhere, we stopped by Keystone Vet to see if they could scan a microchip. We talked to Tabitha, who immediately went above and beyond to help us. She was able to check them for microchips, give us a crate for the night, and even made a few phone calls on our behalf to try to find some resources. The owners of the dogs were eventually found, and the dogs were quickly reunited with family. Thank you so much to Tabitha and everyone else at Keystone Vet!

I took my cat to see them and they were amazing. Very kind and very professional and knowledgeable. Fingers crossed I never need to visit another emergency vet with my cat but if I need to, I will definitely be returning to Keystone.
