Both of our dogs go to Havertown Animal Hospital. While my two pups are best friends, they couldn’t be more different - and the staff here customizes the experience for both of them. My one dog is a social butterfly, so he’s a breeze, but my sweet rescue is incredibly anxious and scared of anyone she doesn’t know well. Dr. Lew & Katie have been brilliant with her - spending ample time each visit to get her to open up with them and feel more comfortable. I couldn’t rave about this staff more (front desk, vet techs & vets). I’m so appreciative of them and will absolutely stay with this practice long term.

I am so incredibly impressed with the services and care provided here. The front desk, the techs, and the doctors are all fabulous. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been kind, compassionate, and professional. My cat needed an X-ray on a Friday, and Dr. Lew personally called the next day to check on him and made himself available over the weekend if anything came up. The vet isn’t usually fun, but Cookie loves their cat room and the staff always seems genuinely excited to see him. I can’t recommend them enough.

HAH is absolutely, beyond words, incredible. The level of care, compassion, and genuine love they show (to both animals and their humans) is unmatched. They take their time, they truly listen, and you never feel rushed—just completely, genuinely supported. You can feel how much they care the second you walk in. Hands down the best vet experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t - and will never - go anywhere else. This is THE vet that will end your vet search. I will forever be grateful to HAH and Dr Katie Springer.

I always have an amazing experience! The staff is kind, patient, and truly care about the health of my pets. They explain everything clearly and make everyone feel comfortable. I am thankful for the care Dr. Lew and Dr. Katie gave to my cat in her time of need. Highly recommend this vet!
