This place gave us fake clearances for our two chihuahuas and so we were questioned and sanctioned upon arriving at our destination, December 8th 2025. Our dogs were quarantined and we were told by the BAI Officer that we paid our veterinary for not doing her job! When hubby emailed her about our predicament she then admitted that the clearances she gave us were fake for reasons she defended herself about then sent us the correct & real clearances! I’m trying not to be biased here, but whatever reasons she had, it was uncalled for, unethical and very unprofessional for her to do what she did! And she should be sanctioned for her actions!

I am so thankful for this facility and Dr. Ellett. We were 4 hours from home on a weekend vacation and my dog became sick. We took him to the emergency vet in Watsontown and they did Xrays and told us my 4 month of Dobie, Colt needed surgery. He had multiple foreign bodies in his stomach. I looked around for a veternarian to perform the surgery and found the Animal care center. We arrived at opening and they got us in quickly. Dr. Ellett came in and showed us his Xrays. Talked about options and gave us comfort about what was about to happen to my boy. The surgery was successful. She called me after and gave me a complete rundown. The staff sent over a picture of my guy post surgery and we were able to pick him up that evening for transport to a facility that was open 24 hours to continue to receive IV fluids. I would recommend Dr. Ellett and animal care center to anyone in the area. Grateful for her professionalism, kindness and talent.

Very shitty customer service, they tell you one price over the phone. And then they change your story up when you get there and give you something totally different and way more expensive, highly don't recommend

I took my one year-old cat, who has kidney disease in today 05/08/2026 because of some vomiting. All I wanted were her Kidney levels to be checked to make sure she was not in failure again. And although the staff and doctors are great, very friendly and professional, their cost is completely outrageous. When I brought her in eight months ago and got a complete full work up, exam, bloodwork, tests, feline leukemia test, and so on, the bill was $364 and change. Today, there were less tests taken, but my bill was $454 and some change. I’m sorry, but that is absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t know that I was making their Ferrari and Lamborghini payments. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new vet for my babies.

A doctor, Michael Fullmer, who works here, has refused to see me or treat my cat because he claims I threatened him. I never met him or talked to him. He was also represented as a cardiologist but is only an ultrasound technician. My cat sitter took my cat for an ultrasound but she never was given pictures or documentation. She spoke briefly with him on the phone, while I was out of the country!!!! I have no idea what prompted him since I never met him or spoke with him. No good vets around here, apparently.

Quick access to service. Called at 330pm and had an appointment later that afternoon. Pleasant environment. Overall very clean and professional staff. Very reasonably priced to go along with everything else.
