Does not listen to voice mail and constantly has. There phone off the hook when you try to call them

Dr Sasha Gilbert is EXCEPTIONAL!! She loves animals and you can visibly see it every time she treats your special pet!!

We'd been going to Alpine for my dog's entire life. All it took was one judgemental stare and conversation after 9 years of busting our asses for our dog and spending whatever we could to make sure he was healthy and thriving for the illusion that these people were honest and caring to break. The last time I was there, Dr. Conrad was less than pleasant and implied that we weren't taking enough care of our dog after explaining our financial situation was limiting our ability to provide the medication prescribed to him regularly. After switching vets and having to go to the animal hospital to put him to sleep last night, we came to understand that even if we had been able to follow Conrad's suggestions to the letter, it wouldn't have made a difference. I held back on writing this review for months because I thought what was happening to him was our fault. Conrad didn't help with that. Do yourself a favor and take your dog to anyone but him. It will save you a lot of unnecessary guilt tripping and heart ache when its your dog's time to go.

I dont often leave reviews but this place deserves 5 stars. If I could give more, I would. They took my puppy a week early because I found out he had worms and was worried. I called and asked them for advice on what to do because I never owned a dog before, the squeezed me in and they were so excellent with me and my puppy. Everyone I talked to were sooooo friendly. They acted like my puppy was the 1st puppy they'd ever seen. So kind and so gentle with my pup. And for everything I had done for my puppy, it was a good price. I thought it would be way more expensive than what it was. And they talked to me extensively to make sure I understood what was going on and what I had to do in the future. Mu puppy no longer has worms and he is healthy and very well taken care of. I feel blessed for these people that took care of my puppy. Im excited to go back for his next appt.
