We recently had to say goodbye to our beautiful girl Hayley. Haley was 14 and had been with me for my entire adult life. Her decline in health was somewhat sudden and after a weekend of seeing her decline and struggle we brought her in to discuss end of life care. We unfortunately had to make one of the hardest decisions we've ever made and had to say goodbye to our little girl. To say that the Vet and Technician helping us (I am so sorry I can't remember your names) were incredible is an understatement. They helped us make Hayley comfortable and also helped us feel comfortable with the impossible decision we had to make. They gave us the time we needed to grieve and the love they showed towards Hayley in her final moments.... Just thank you. I know she left this world comfortable and surrounded by love and that meant the world to me and my partner. It's an unfortunate reality with pets that we never have enough time, but having people there that care and care as deeply as this group of people does, is a gift. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, thank you for helping us through the entire process, for going above and beyond and helping us say goodbye to a member of our family, and most importantly, for helping Hayley leave this world surrounded by love and compassion. You all are nothing short of incredible for the work that you do.

Cranberry Veterinary Hospital provides truly exceptional care and service! If you are seeking a practice that combines clinical expertise with outstanding customer service, we highly recommend Cranberry Veterinary Hospital! Our 13-year-old Goldendoodle required surgery for a perforated cyst, and unfortunately, we had to part ways with our previous veterinarian just days before the procedure. When we contacted Cranberry Veterinary Hospital, they were able to schedule an office visit for us that very same afternoon. During the visit, the team thoroughly reviewed her medical history, discussed the necessary surgical procedure, in detail, and promptly scheduled her surgery within two days—aligning closely with our original timeline. The staff addressed every question and concern with professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. On the day of surgery, we expressed that we preferred to remain nearby, and they were more than accommodating, assuring us they would provide updates throughout the process. True to their word, they kept us fully informed—and even went above and beyond by coming out to our car to personally update us on her progress during the procedure! The level of care, communication, and kindness demonstrated by the entire team was truly remarkable! We are incredibly grateful for their support during a stressful time and would confidently recommend this practice to anyone seeking high-quality veterinary care!

We really like Cranberry Veterinary Hospital for our dogs. The Doctors and staff are kind and patient. For most procedures they let the pet stay in the room with you while they get checked or shot, blood work and more. This is very important to us. Most vets take your animals anyway to treat them, for our dogs this just causes stress and anxiety. They understand this and do whatever they can to make our furbabies as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Would recommend to anyone looking foe a vet.
