The team members and the environment were so calming to my anxious/hyper cat. Everyone was so patient and kind during the exam. They took such great care of my beloved cat, Mang - I was SO happy with the experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Healing Paws Veterinary hospital. I was charged $170 just to walk in the door for a records review, which already felt excessive. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. After reviewing my pet’s records, the staff told me they would not provide any treatment unless I agreed to roughly $1,800 worth of tests first. There was no real discussion about alternatives, priorities, or more affordable options—just a take-it-or-leave-it approach. It felt less like they were trying to help my pet and more like they were pushing an expensive checklist. As a pet owner, I completely understand that tests can be important, but refusing to provide any care at all unless I committed to thousands of dollars upfront felt unreasonable and dismissive. A veterinary clinic should at least be willing to discuss different paths or start with the most urgent issues rather than presenting a massive bill as the only option. I left feeling frustrated and concerned that financial pressure seemed to come before compassion for the animal. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this veterinary hospital to other pet owners looking for understanding, flexibility, and genuine care.

Dr. Tracy Sands is exceptional! The facility is immaculate and feels more like a spa than a veterinarian office :D She is a compassionate and amazing person. Your fur family is in great hands here. Can't say enough great things!
