I want to first start off by saying im not upset with this clinic. I just wish there was better communication. I called on May 4th in for a price on a yearly check up. The yearly check up ran out on May 10. They gave some pricing. I get my prescriptions filled through chewy. It tried to renew on May 12. I wish it would have been mentioned on May 4 that the Yearly check up runs out on May 10 and that they would decline any prescriptions that would come through after that. I feel its a shared at fault like I should have asked but it also should have mentioned being that I was calling for a yearly check up.

I have used this veterinary clinic for several years. They are excellent doctors who are very thorough, kind and compassionate. Very responsive to appointment needs and I would highly recommend. They have provided very good care of all our pets over the years.
