We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Matt for over 5 years. He has helped us with minor visits to life saving visits! Everyone is so nice, patient, compassionate and helpful!

I really wanted to like this place, they are kind and easy to talk to but unfortunately I just don't think I could ever recommend anyone to go here... I think they do fine work, however I learned the hard way that they are a money first operation. I took my 11 y/o cat in because he was throwing up a little more lately and I wanted to have a professional check him out. After finally getting an appointment a month later, I take him in and they give him vaccinations when I did not request these. The stomach concern was addressed by prescription of catfood that they endorse, even though I had already changed catfood to a premium brand and competitor. After getting him home, he immediately begins to vomit non stop. I rush him back, and to their credit, they were able to stabilize him. I could have dealt with this... The part that irked me the wrong way was they decided to charge us for this. I held my tongue but it just didn't sit right, charging us for rectifying the damage they had done... Well the straw that broke the camel's back was when we went back the next day, as per their request, we were charged AGAIN for a scheduled visit... I am so frustrated with this whole situation, my cat is still not acting like himself after 2 days and it feels like I just paid to have my pet tortured. I feel guilty for taking him here.

We go here often with 6 animals. The staff is super excited to see my Emmitt when we walk in and regardless whether he is nervous about the vet, he enjoys the attention the staff dotes on him. The doctor is very nice and kind to the animals. They may have a slight problem with being overly thorough and therefore a bit pricy but it's family and worth it.
