My dog and I absolutely LOVE Housepaws Morrisville! Dr. Hecht and her team have always gone above and beyond for my dogs care. Pricing is fair but most importantly they’re kind, patient, compassionate & empathetic.

I’ve had an issue with allergies for my dog. I took him in to to the Morrisville location to be seen. The doc at the time, prescribed one weeks worth of antibiotics and apoquel. Gave my dog the meds and was showing signs of improvement but as soon as the antibiotics ran out the flare up came Right back. So I called and they Prescribed me another weeks worth of a stronger antibiotic for him with the same result. Got better while on the antibiotics but then the flare ups began shortly after the antibiotics ran out. I called to see if we should administer the antibitocs for a longer period and spoke with dr Dana. She told me that since she wasn’t the original doctor to see the dog she would have to re-establish a doctor patient relationship. Mind you the dog was just there a month and a a half ago and this was immediately after I just drove a half an hour to the Morrisville location to pick up more apoquel. I told her that this is extremely frustrating. Her response was that she’d be happy to give me my records if I want to go elsewhere. Thanks Dr. Dana…I will. Please don’t go to this practice, they really don’t care and it seems to start from the top with Dr. Dana. 4/6/26 update. The dogs that dr Dana said that she’d have to establish a new doctor patient relationship with has since passed. I’m just adopted a new dog and he is still in the 3-3-3 phase of adjusting and decompressing. I was goin to give these guys another chance to do a home visit with a different dog but whenI Called they told me that they can’t see my dog. They don’t like people who voice their opinion. I love it when businesses make my decision for me. If I could give less than a star I would.

I am writing to formally express concern regarding the level of customer service currently being provided at the Morrisville location. During a recent call to schedule an appointment, I asked a clarifying question after the representative provided detailed information. I simply restated what was explained to confirm that the service I needed required an appointment. The representative responded with, “I just said that, did I not?” The tone and wording came across as dismissive and unprofessional. As someone who works in healthcare myself, I understand how important communication, patience, and empathy are—especially when clients are calling about a beloved pet who may be unwell. Interactions like this significantly impact a client’s comfort and confidence in entrusting their animal to your care. Unfortunately, based on that phone call alone, I did not feel reassured that my dog would be treated with the attentiveness and compassion he deserves. I was fully prepared to move forward with over $1,000 in recommended care for my dog, but the experience made me reconsider. I have also been told by others that service quality has declined since the previous doctor resigned, which is concerning. I share this feedback in hopes that it raises awareness and encourages improvement in professionalism and customer service standards. Pet owners often call during stressful situations, and kindness, patience, and respect go a long way. For those seeking compassionate and reassuring care, I have personally had positive experiences at BluePearl Pet Hospital.

I can’t say enough good things about House Paws! They’ve been over several times over the past year to care for our two cats and I’ve never had a bad experience. Taking our cats to the vet has always been a very stressful process for both me and the cats so having a vet come to the house has been a game changer. Their customer service is always top notch and their mobile vets are always polite and very professional. Highly recommended!
