I’ve been a customer since 2018. My yorkie had mammary cancer. I went to affordable pet vaccines to get help. On 3/12/26 I went in there to possibly get another antibiotic to help with her growing mammary glands. They told me it would be better if I put her to sleep because she would become septic. While in their separate room for approximately 20 mins, a cubby African American woman maybe around 5’3 ,comes in the room and says if you need more time to grieve your dog, we have to charge you extra fees because you guys are holding up the room. Very rude to say the least, I also thought that was very money hungry and if you ask me. I was in distraught because I just came out of the hospital after delivering my baby. At this point, I already paid to put her to sleep. I requested if I could come back another day to put her to sleep because I was holding up the room. Two women came back into the room, basically lied and said they were fully booked if I were to come back another day to put her to sleep. This experience with them alone, makes me not want to ever come back. I used to recommend family and friends to their establishment. I will not be returning and making sure my family and friends don’t either.

SCAM Do not take your pets here. Their posted packages are fake and if you take your animals here they will charge you extra. Kitten vaccines say $85 but they'll actually charge you $120 and won't tell you until after they treat then threaten you if you don't pay.

I recently adopted a cat and brought her here for her yearly vaccines and just an overall checkup. Very clean clinic with friendly staff and fair prices. They also take Care Credit which was a huge help. Definitely recommend. My only critique is that to can't go into the room with your pet which could be hard on an anxious animal
