This place is a joke. So unprofessional and unorganized. They tried to double charge me on multiple things on my bill. So make sure you’re checking your bill over before paying it. And then my dog went to get her stitches out after being spayed and she came home with stitches still in her incision. They gave me no information before I left the vet with her. All they said was “she’s good” and walked away. Again UNPROFESSIONAL. So I called and asked beings I was concerned and they said it’s probably just dissolvable stitches. Beings she just left the vet you’d think they would’ve just told me that there would still be stitches in there. Also texted Dr. Kregor one night worried about my dogs incision and he said “not sure what that is but should be fine”. When there was meat sticking out of her incision. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET!

I would give 0 stars if i could. Had a incident happen at home with our dogs. I was directed to call this vet by another office who were about to close. When i called I was directed to text Dr. Kreger what had happened and to take video/pictures. When i finally did get a hold of the "Dr" i was told by a VERY rude WOMAN (Was told the Dr was a he) to bring him in and that they were concerned about " rat poison". I was also told that I would have to bring him before 6 p.m because the Dr had plans. He would also need to be admitted to the Vet BEFORE they would even see him. Oh, and here's the kicker, The woman was SO concerned about the bill over the phone saying while its $200 for a flat rate emergency fee, admitting would be $300 more, plus $$ for care, meds, etc. I finally had had enough by this point and said money isn't the issue, Like i just wanted to know why he was being admitted without being seen first and WHERE rat poison comes in at all. I've never even bought rat poison. By this time i hung up and called a different vet. For some reference this incident was our male dog trying to mate with our female dog i ended up seeing this happen a second too late before they knotted. So i walked to the kitchen to give them room to release and as i go to close our gate our male decided to pull himself out rather forcibly... and now his boy part is bleeding... i managed to find the doggy diaper i meant to put on the female and hold pressure. Luckily by the time my wife got home and i could get my phone to call the bleeding had slowed considerably. As a first time interaction with this Vet clinic and leading to this outcome i will NEVER be taking any of my pets here. Do yourself a favor and Call Wellsboro Small Animal Hospital P.C. They offered WAY better care over the phone than this clinic ever could. Pictures below of me describing said incident and the responses i got before i Just called the number because TEXTING in and emergent situation feels WRONG. 0/5 Stars DO NOT take your fur babies here!!

Dr Kreger is an excellent Vet.. staff is very friendly and very confident in what they do. Highly recommend!
