Had a fantastic experience today. First visit to this vet, and first visit with our two kittens also. Getting first appointment and onboarded was a breeze. And everyone was so friendly and helpful from the moment we entered to the moment we left: front desk, nurse, vet, etc. They were caring to the kitties and talked through everything well. Good pricing and they were helpful in promptly getting the docs I needed to submit to Pet Insurance. We're very happy with the experience and this will be our new primary vet location!

My first visit. Excellent first impression. Dr. Frankel sent a detailed diagnostic overview the same day and informed m e of an area of concern that had been overlooked for at least the two previous visits by my dogs original veterinary office. She made solid, actionable recomnendations. Very professional.
