Words cannot express how upset I am by receiving this. Kit Kat sadly passed away back in October of 2025. I had called the Warren Vet to inform them of her passing, to which they responded with "I am sorry for your loss." And then they canceled her upcoming appointment. I do not know if they simply didnt care to update their records and make note of her passing, or if they simply forgot to, but I am deeply saddening by receiving this letter. To me it shows that they dont care about her passing and its extremely disrespectful. Regardless of the reason, I feel it is important to keep everything updated to avoid situations like this. The moment I called to inform them of her passing, her account should have reflected.

Sat on the phone for over 8 minutes listening to automated line. No answer, what a crock Do better with your phone service. I’ll go somewhere that will answer the phone when you call
