The entire staff is incredibly caring, compassionate, and attentive. They truly take the time to listen to all of our concerns about our cats and never make us feel rushed. The level of care they provide is exceptional, and they always give clear, detailed instructions so we feel confident supporting our cats at home. It’s obvious how much they genuinely care about both the pets and their owners. We completely trust them and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!

Having one's pet spayed or neutered can be a traumatic experience for the animal as well as for the human. Feeling comfortable about the process in terms of medical expertise is one thing, and feeling like your pet is truly "seen" (and loved) by the people you entrust them with is the other crucial component. I found both of these at this clinic. I had complete trust that my cats would get expert treatment, and I knew by the way that all of the people at the clinic treated my little ones, and indeed me, that I could relax and everything would be fine. I'm only sad that my little guy and girl won't be visiting the clinic again, because I miss the reception I got when I was there.
