We had 2 emergency situations in the past month and 1/2. No one around my area could fit in the emergencies. But this hospital took us right in and were absolutely amazing. The entire staff is very loving, genuine, and professional. I gladly drive over and hour to come here--the service is top notch!!

Very expensive. I had my 16.5 year old dog "Buddy" euthanized and didn't care for the nonchalant attitude from the vet tech. When I asked about speaking to a vet before the procedure I was told I would get charged for a vet visit on top of the $430.00 dollar fee to put him down. It was a very traumatic experience overall. I MISS YOU TERRIBLY BUDDY!

Brought my boy Primo in today for an emergency visit and the experience was world class. The front desk team were absolutely awesome. They were all extremely friendly and genuinely helpful. Such a blessing during a time of crisis. The vet tech and Doctor were rock stars! Extremely thorough and reassuring with my pup. The doctor put my mind at ease and made the entire situation better. Love the layout of the office and waiting room. They really thought of everything at this clinic. I highly recommend this place and I truly can’t thank them enough for taking care of my pup.

Last night our dog went after a porcupine. He was a mess, mouth and one paw. I called them at 9:00 and they told me they could see him around 12:15 am. They like most 24 hr places were busy but they made time for him. I drove 1 hour to get there and it was well worth the drive. We got him checked in and the dr took a look at him ahead of schedule. Put him under at 12:00 and we were on our way home by 12:45. Dr and staff were all fantastic. Caring and gentle with our 65 lb little guy Chewbacca. Nice waiting room with coffee. This will be our go to place if needed again for our dog or cats.

We had to bring my 14.5 year old German Shepherd in for an emergency on 5/4. The night vet techs, Brittany and unfortunately I forget the other lady’s name, were so kind and caring for my old girl and us. Dr. Nick was great, very kind and informative. We didn’t feel rushed, he took his time with her to make sure she was ok. They were all patient with the mountains of questions I asked. We chose to come to Barton Heights over a closer animal hospital and if needed, I would come again. Thank you!
