It has taken me 3 days to post this. I lost my beautiful pomeranian, Foxy early Friday morning(April 17th). When I handed her off to the employee (name unknown), she went into another room and threw Foxy down like she was a bag of garbage. I know what I heard and I was so distraught that I couldn't think straight, let alone process what I heard. It was the most DISGUSTING and INSENSITIVE thing that I have ever witnessed. When I pick her urn up, that will be the last time I step into that clinic. You people should be ashamed of yourselves and I hope that you are treated with the same disrespect someday.

I've been a client here for two years now and Dr Ronk and his team have done a great job helping to keep my dogs healthy! They not only alerted me to possible issues, but helped me find multiple solutions for said issue! Would definitely recommend!
