I was advised to return to your location to have my pet’s stitches removed. However, when I called to schedule the appointment, I was told the next availability isn’t for another month. I’ve tried contacting other vets, but they’re all saying the stitches need to be removed by the original facility. I’m now having a hard time finding someone To removed them. I don’t understand this and I will never use this place again. If I have to drive farther I will. You can’t leave stitches in for long period of time. Yes i can understand they are animals but when humans get snitches provider advised to returned to be removed during a time frame. Y’all was cool taking the money but we can’t return for them to be removed.

Great emergency care! Everyone was so caring and courteous. Very big and clean office. I can't thank them enough for taking care of my pup!

Do NOT pay a deposit without making it clear that it will go towards the total. Otherwise they will just add it to your total bill as a miscellaneous or some BS. Better yet, find an independent vet, these corporate owned vets are all about the $ . Shame on them all!

I would give this place a negative -10. I went to put my baby to sleep there and it was horrible. They covered up for a regular client who hit my car. Allowed them to remove their vehicle from the parking lot. Pulled me away from moments I can never get back. Worst day and decision to use this place. All they kept saying was your car is drivable. Not one call to apologize for the botched handling of my baby’s last moments.
