I’ve delivered hay to this location several times, and every time there was an issue with payment. The customer consistently finds excuses to underpay — one time the hay was “too wet,” another time something else was “wrong,” even though the load was perfectly fine and acceptable. What’s strange is that, even when they have the option to reject the load, they don’t. Instead, they accept it and then try to reduce the payment afterward. This pattern makes me question the honesty of the operation. If you plan to deliver hay here, be cautious — there’s a high chance you may not get paid the full agreed amount.

Highly recommend! From the moment we arrived, after driving over 1.5 hours, we were greeted by staff with exceptional kindness and professionalism. Dr. Brown’s depth of knowledge and compassion for both animals and their owners was clear from the start. He took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure we were at ease and fully informed about our horse’s care. What really stood out was the genuine concern they showed for our horse’s well-being, paired with a fair and transparent pricing structure. We never felt rushed or pressured into unnecessary treatments, and instead felt confident that we were getting the absolute best care. The level of trust and comfort they provided is unmatched, and it was well worth the drive for the peace of mind and quality of care we received.
