They were very helpful and performed emergency operation on my cat who is now doing well and their May Fair was very nice and the dogs got their shots at the fair which was a bit of an ordeal for my big-baby Lab but they handled him well. Really very happy with them.

We just moved to the area and my dog Bandit got into the garbage. The care for my dog Bandit was wonderful and the doctor was great. They made me feel comfortable with the situation and were sure to take care of the issue right away. I would give this 5 stars. I am however providing 3 stars and should do 1 star because of the ridiculousness my wife experienced today 5/14. We foster animals and we took one in our home yesterday that needs to be seen for general check up and vaccines. My wife calls and is told she can’t make an appointment because she is not on my account for Bandit….a situation where the employee should be willing to do their job (customer service) by recommending an immediate solution to get an appointment scheduled. Instead, nothing, not even a suggestion of her to make her own account. So I call, raise my displeasure with this situation and I am told that they can’t allow her to make an appointment due to HIPPA….I think some on the job training is recommended because HIPPA does not protect animals. I think it is quite ridiculous my wife is trying to make an appointment for a service in which WE pay and she’s told she can’t because her name isn’t “on the account”. I will take my 5 animals and fosters elsewhere.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with my Onyx. The Doctor and the staff are all phenomenal. They met us with patience and understanding as my dog is very anxious. They were informative and helpful! Would recommend!
