I referred a good friend here and she was in tears when they kept her money for an appointment she no longer needed. It's non refundable if you don't cancel within 24hrs but the appointment wasn't even made in a 24hr span. The person she spoke to had no empathy at all. Her son had just passed days before and that was added stress. They don't care here.

Dr Donahue is the absolute best!!! We will see her everytime I make appointments for our animals. She cares about animals and wants them to feel better and live their best life.
