Very caring and knowledgable workers So sad the Allentown area does not have any Vets like this. They truelly love animals. So nice to know if you have an emergency they are fully staffed and equipped to care for your pet 24/7.

Brought our conure, an exotic bird, in for an ER visit on May 1, 2026. He was lethargic, laying on his belly, and has/had a bent tail feather that seemed to be causing pain. Bloodwork at $181 was taken and we were told that the results should be back within 7-10 days. It is now 15 days and we have called in several times. We were told that messages would be left with the doctor. Today, I called and was told that the external lab results take time and that the vet is going to be OUT next week. Our concerns will be referred to another vet. Spoke to receptionist and left VM with Adele. I told them that they need to break their contract with this lab. I also stated that I want a refund if they are not going to be able to give results. We went for ER care. We have a right to expect prompt results in case there is something treatable for our beloved pet.
