I lost a whole summer of fun with my late dog because she was misdiagnosed and the initial reason I visited this vet was completely ignored. I spent hundreds of dollars on bloodwork when we arrived for another reason. As soon as I changed vets the first visit they decided to operate and fix my dogs issue. I was a faithful customer for over 10 years but after my mishandling I would not recommend.

Prospect Park has been my vet forever. Ever feel like times are changing? The father and son were amazing but today’s experience was not. Arrived home to my dog crying with infected ears, rolling on ground it appeared with the worst ear. Looked and saw Prospect Park was open until 5 pm and rushed him there. Arrived at 4:25. Two very kind young ladies working attempted to help me. They knew I didn’t have an appointment but still asked the doctor. The doctor said “ No.” No appointment, no doctor . Very disappointed and sad Prospect cares about the clock and money more than the wonderful Greek Doctors who raised my loved ones . Called Glenolden Hospital and even though they had no availability they said come right over . I was there 35 minutes before close and an empty waiting room. Again , the techs, nurses were very professional and I’m thankful to them .
