It felt as if they were trying to size us up to see how much money you could get us to spend. We felt the way they explained things to be predatory. Our original vet also never had an issue trimming all our cat's nails and the tech only trimmed the back nails, when the front are the most important and we specifically said to do those first. We were told we need to spend even more money when that was their mistake. Then we were told it would be $18 then the price jumped to $44. I also found it rude when the tech sent someone else out after lying to my face about the whole cost after her mistake. You guys are nice but the whole appointment didn't instill any confidence for us and we probably will not come back.

Dr. Bergman and her team were very patient and thorough in our interview. They explained everything clearly. I left with a great game plan for training and managing Saffy's behavior, and felt much less worried. They were great with Saffy herself--I learned a lot just from watching them interact with her. Dr. Bergman and both of her assistants--I apologize for not remembering their names!--were wonderful. The appointment was both highly informative and fun! I really enjoyed interacting with them and learning from the ways they talked about and interacted with Saffy. Expertise with friendliness, humor, and compassion.

Staff was very friendly. The vet was informative and understanding. I felt heard and understood. I was seen right away and you can tell they love animals. Everyone was great. The front desk, the tech and the vet. I came in panicked about a possible injury, turned out I might have overreacted and the staff were supportive and encouraging. The focus on my cat and her needs was amazing
