If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I brought my dog in who got euthanized, they not only called my dog the wrong name, but they marked my dog as a male who was clearly a female, when I brought up my concerns to the clinic over the phone, I was nice and understanding. What really tipped it off is that when my fiancé voiced his concerns when we were there to pick up our dogs remains, the front desk receptionist laughed at my fiancé. Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend it and will never go back there again.

It doesn’t surprise me you have so many poor reviews after the interaction this past Mother’s Day. Who ever was working should be fired. Rude, disrespectful, etc. then called back asking where we were after our dog passed before we could even get her to the vet. You should be ashamed at who ever was answering calls that day. When they had the audacity to call back saying after our Daisy passed we still had to come they can shove it. We went to our friends who cared about our animal not just money haha. Show some empathy. WOULDN’T recommend and we didn’t even make it into the office.

Just want to say we had an emergency with my daughters dog. After rushing him To this clinic. He unfortunately passed before we got there. He hated cars. After all the bad I have heard. I’m sure everyone has their own experience. But I would like to say. The staff was very helpful and sympathetic. This was a horrible time and we walked out of there comforted. Ty soo much. Kane was my daughter’s baby. Ty for being there at 1 o’clock in the morning and not over billing us on putting Kane to rest. ❤️

Between the prices quoted to us & how they told my co worker her cat with a blockage would have to wait 12-14 hrs plus $400 to walk in doesn't sound like a good place. This just shows places like this are more about the $ instead of actually providing good animal care. We need a new facility that works with people instead of draining with financially before giving any kind of care.
