We have been going to this practice for over 25 years and they have seen us through 5 dogs and 6 cats. Recently Dr. Dobbins performed surgery on a mass on my dog's foot that proved benign. She and the whole staff have always been incredibly professional, helpful and sympathetic. We have gone to them for new pet appointments, yearly check ups, emergencies, and when we have had to put pets down. I trust them.

This is the second time we had an appointment and waited over an hour without anyone saying anything to us, except this time we walked out. Our time is not respected and their communication sucks. They will survive without us, but we will be going elsewhere. We've put with this since they moved to the new location. Rude staff, unapologetic and time wasting. Perhaps stop over scheduling and act like you actually care.
