Dr. Sprague and all of the staff were absolutely wonderful. We were able to get a next day, first- time appointment for our dogs and we could not have been more pleased with how he and the techs interacted with not only us, but our babies. Follow-up appointments for our babies are great. Dr. Sprague is still amazing, our babies love them.

My puppies loved it! It was my girls first trip to the vet which can be scary for a little puppy but they enjoyed they experience and wagged their tails almost the whole time. I also feel confident about when to spay my girls and which parasite prevention will work best for our lifestyle. Ty so much.

Doesn’t care about animals and their wellbeing, only money. The most hostile place for cats. Always a terrible and traumatizing experience.

A technician named Cheyenne needs to be heavily trained in how to deal with high stress situations where someone’s pet is at risk. She was entirely unhelpful, had an attitude with me from the start, unable to advise and communicate clearly, unwilling to listen and assumed it had to be an argument if I had a different perspective, and hung up on me twice. Unacceptable and unprofessional. The vet also wrote the prescription incorrectly and I was unable to find the variety they wrote for me at six (six!!) local pharmacies. This is after telling me if my pet maintained her high BP (which without medication would persist), she is likely to lose her vision or have other organ damage. I’ve had mixed experiences at this office altogether, but this was my final straw. I will not be going back. I advise you consider elsewhere as well.

I'll not take my dog's back to this vet. My Frenchie is going in labor so I rushed to them only for them to tell me that I have to go someplace else. And I wouldn't be making this review if the place they told me would have taken her to but I went to an emergency vet in Monroeville and they turned me away too
