I have a sensitive, reactive German Shepherd who can get aggressive when faced with certain triggers (as expected, vet visits being the main one). When she was a puppy it was hard to find a vet who treated her well and actually cared about her experience. We have been coming here for the past 4 or 5 years or so (she's 6 y.o.) and every single time has blown me away with how caring and knowlegable Dr. Salli is! He works with us with great understanding to make the whole process as easy as it can possibly be, and anyone with a reactive GSD knows how difficult this can be. I have been to more vets than I can count on my hands and hands down this is the best veterinarian service in PA i have been to! So much so that Luna even had tail wags and no hard feelings in the end, even after those darn shots she is so afraid of! I couldn't ask for better service, so if you're concerned about finding a new Vet who is trustworthy and down-to-earth, I would recommend Valley Animal Hospital, and no other. I have a vet in town and I still drive an hour and a half to come here. 💯🙏

Dr. Salli has been our 17 year old cat's vet since he was a 4 week old kitten. We moved out of state for 7 years and when we moved back, they still had our records. Dr. Salli is experienced and to the point. He is gentle and kind to our cat and recommends foods and treatment that he himself uses with his own elderly cat. We drive about 45 minutes to the office, but there is no other vet that we want to take care of Spuds. The staff is also professional and courteous.

Dr Salli is a wonderful veterinarian. Really observes our dog closely, listens to my concerns and offers very helpful solutions. He & his staff are truly friendly, kind, patient, helpful. I drive almost 21 miles to this Vet. It's worth it. Addendum 1/2026 : Still going to Valley Vet. Excellant care. Very good vet!
