Doctor shoemaker misdiagnose my dog not once but twice. Said he had a heart condition that needed immediate attention. Stated he had a life-threatening hernia. Doctor Shoemaker, charge me over seven hundred dollars. I purchased vitamins from her that were already open when I got home. I immediately went to a heart specialist, Believing her diagnosis, cost thirteen hundred dollars. Multiple phone calls and emails with no response for weeks. Doctor Shoemaker never responded to me. Had some office person called she was no help. I went to see her after my holistic vet passed away, unfortunately. The good news is I received a total refund.

Dr Shoemaker’s was very thorough and offered many different options for Attila’s treatment. She clearly explained the risks and benefits of each option and helped setup a complete proactive treatment program.
