I would like to thank the staff at Abby Road today. They were super professional and caring to my dog and took me in at the last minute today to care for my dog. I would also like to thank Dr. Abby for her professionalism and empathy. I am lucky to have such a caring Vet to rely on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you all

Do not go here unless you want to get ripped off. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this vet office. I brought my dog in expecting to pay for the office visit, rabies vaccine, and blood panel that were discussed with me beforehand. Instead, I was blindsided with additional charges that were never explained or approved. They performed a SNAP 4Dx test without ever discussing it with me, and they even charged separately just to take my dog’s blood pressure, something no one mentioned would cost extra. When I questioned the charges, I had to wait almost 40 minutes just to speak with a manager. The only reason they refunded the unauthorized SNAP test was because they “hadn’t run it yet,” not because I never approved it in the first place. They refused to refund the blood pressure charge even though no one informed me there would be a separate fee for that either. When I questioned it, I was told I “should have asked.” I responded by asking if people are charged separately for blood pressure checks at their own doctor’s office because most people would reasonably assume it’s part of a standard exam. It felt like they were intentionally adding on services to rack up the bill without getting proper consent first. As a pet owner, I expect transparency and communication before being charged for procedures or tests. Hidden fees and surprise charges are completely unacceptable, especially when people are trusting you with both their pets and their finances. I will never come back here and would strongly recommend asking for a detailed breakdown of every single charge upfront if you choose to go here, because they clearly do not communicate costs honestly.

Very nice people and did what they could to keep our bill low when we weren't prepared for such a high one. Everyone that day was AMAZING! What I liked most was the care given to our furr baby! He isn't just our pet but like one of our kids and wanted the best care possible.

I don’t recommend this place. The staff was alright. The wait is super long. Got an appointment for the promotional price which was $25 went in and ended up paying $120 !!!! A lovely BAIT & SWITCH .. never fails. I will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone.

We appreciate the dedicated and caring staff and doctors. We always feel welcome and Jett is very well cared for at every visit. We love Dr. Abby and our vet tech upon arrival was wonderful. Thank you to everyone for taking such good care of Jett! What we appreciated the most was the caring, knowledgable Doctors and staff who take the time to listen and truly care. We are confident they will work to find the best solution to help Jett.
