After taking my first cat to Hometown Veterinary Hospital last week I received a phone call that I’d been accidentally undercharged. The clinic was kind and said it was okay that I paid the difference when I brought my second cat in the following week. I went in with my second cat and they took the time to go over the previous bill with me, point out where things went wrong and demonstrated complete empathy and understanding for the situation. They do a fantastic job with my cats and are patient and loving towards my kids when they come along with me to the office. They’re so kind and polite and I appreciate the time they take to connect with people. Keep up the great work.
