Dr gave I'm ax a thorough exam, checking his sneezing issues. Gave great advice to alleviate it without meds.

We thought this was the right place to take our pets based on previous reviews, but the interaction we just had with the receptionist was cold, callous, rude, and just plain mean. Regarding the well-being of our pets and their deteriorating health, we've had to take the decision to euthanize both our pets due to multiple health conditions. Instead of letting us explain, the receptionist rudely quipped, "well age is not a disease and we can't euthanize a dog for being old." I've never experienced such rude behavior from someone, especially when talking to owners who have had to make some incredibly hard and financially costly decisions. She has left us both in tears and we wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone who wants or deserves compassionate care. STAY AWAY.

Many places would have labeled her and kept their distance. This team did the opposite. They approached her with patience. They adjusted their process to keep her calm. They treated her with dignity for her entire life. That matters more than words can express. When we faced the hardest decision a pet owner will ever make, they stood beside us. The day we had to say goodbye to Sadie was heartbreaking. The kindness they showed my wife during that moment was unmatched. They spoke gently. They gave us time.
