I brought both of my dogs in for their annual visit on 4/4. Both dogs were seen together in a 15-minute appointment that cost $620. We verbally requested 3 medications twice during the appointment. Once to the tech and once to the vet, both of whom appeared to write it down. Over the next 10 days, I had to make repeated follow-up calls where staff asked me to re-explain the requests multiple times. I was told the medication would be ready "that afternoon" or "the next day," only to never hear anything back. The only thing that moved this forward was submitting a prescription request through Chewy, where the same medication was nearly 3x cheaper. One medication was prescribed at an incorrect dose that did not match the manufacturer's dosing chart or how it was previously dosed by his former vet. This situation was not fully resolved until my partner physically went into the office. I do not recommend this practice if you value attention to detail, or expect follow-through after your visit.

Allergy & vaccine shots I love love the doctors and the whole staff but, there’s always a butt, they have gotten so expensive!

Very nice, caring, and good-hearted people. I recently had to put my beautiful boy Spartan down, and it was extremely hard to say the least. Everyone here was very respectful and kind, and did the best they could to give me some time with him in his final moments. I'm crying as I'm writing this because it still hurts so badly I loved that dog SO MUCH, and although there was nothing that could really be done, it helped at least a little knowing that they let me be with him when it happened. I want to say thank you to the staff and doctors for everything. Although I wish the outcome was different, there was nothing more these people could've done. They helped me allow him to pass and end his suffering as humanely as possible. Thanks to Shawn, DaShawn, Bianca, Hunter, Stacie and Shogan for the card and everything else. I really appreciate it

Don’t bother going here anymore. All but 1 Dr left, most are relief. Most staff left, they don’t even have a practice manager anymore. This place is owned by a corp that only cares about investments. Privately owned practices are your best bet. It will only get worse from here
