I realized today that I haven't reviewed my vet of several years and had to rectify that right away because this place is so wonderful. Every single person here is so kind, attentive, and compassionate, all while being incredibly efficient and easy to work with. And my cat, who is afraid of her own shadow let alone other beings, is more comfortable here then I've seen her anywhere outside of our home. When I took her in today, she relaxed on the table and closed her eyes while Emmy and Dr. Stetz stroked her and handled her with care. I love my cat very dearly, and I am grateful to have such a wonderful vet office so near my home, because I always know she's in good hands.

I previously liked this vet but $80 for a 5 min checkup and for the vet to confuse a whisker with a puncture wound???? Not to mention all the money I've spent on medicine they prescribed that did absolutely nothing. I went in for $30-$40 antibiotics, left paying almost $200. Really dissatisfied with my last trip. Wont be going back..

This place is an unbelievable rip off!! I called them asking if i could get my cats nails cut, they said she’s due for a rabie shot, so okay. i go in and they give her shots and a nail trim and im leaving and the receptionist says that will be 475 dollars!!!! I was off put that i just paid it to get out of there before i started yelling. They really drag you in like a cheap oil change drive through. I look at the receipt and it says senior cat checkup, and i didn’t even ask for that. I wanted my cats nails cut and that’s it. Very nice people working there but unbelievable how it went from a nail trim to 475 dollars!!?

I'm grateful for the care I received here for my cat! First off, the folks at Narberth Animal Hospital are very organized. I made an inquiry about an invoice for an appointment which occurred over a year ago and they sent it to me right away. Secondly, they are super accommodating. I've always had difficulty getting my cat in her carrier for appointments, and although it must've been a hassle that I was always running so late, they were kind and would somehow fit Mimi into their schedule. Not to mention, their prices are very accessible and reasonable. Lastly, they are very communicative. I always received lab results via email very quickly, and once received a very nice handwritten card reminding me to schedule a routine visit. I've moved away from the area now, but I will always appreciate the excellent care my cat received from Dr. Stetz and her team.
