My mom called about a cat who swallowed a ribbon. She was told to wait for a callback because the doctor was with a client, instead of being sent to the ER immediately. After an hour she called back and was then told they weren’t equipped to handle it. This delay could have been fatal. Not acceptable triage for a known obstruction emergency. I wouldn’t recommend them, period.
