my experience here was absolutely phenomenal.. I loved everything about the way it looked professional on the inside , the people , and the prices . When I first walked in it looked beautiful and very put together and smelled amazing I had very good hopes just from that .. oh and they sold candles for reasonable prices and they all smelled so good . I was greeted not by 1 but by both of the wonderful people sitting at the front desk with a smile on their face and they were happy to answer any questions I had .. when I went to the back they were very friendly to my dog and complimenting her dress and how cute she looked and was very sweet when they were talking to me . The lady who I had which was sarah worked so good with my dog and she also gave great advice she was VERY EDUCATED on a lot it was almost a shocker to me . This will be my new and primary vet to take my dog to I trust that they will make sure bella is okay 💕💕💕

They were so wonderful to my newly rescued, very nervous dog. They worked with me to get her into the room quickly from the parking lot to keep her anxiety as low as possible. They spent time answering all my questions and concerns. Such care and attention. I highly recommend!

Was charged almost the full price of a nail clipping for our cat ($20 out of $24) despite the fact that only 2 nails were clipped. I understand she was being difficult and not cooperating but it's not acceptable to me to charge almost the full price if the service was not completed. Now I'm out $20 and still have a cat with long nails. We've been coming here for years and are happy with the service other than this.
