I unwillingly became a customer during the COVID pandemic. The original veterinarian was honest and to the point. I appreciated her. From my experiences afterword and in my opinion, they grew way too fast and lost their touch. The lack of professionalism...the last visit, they muzzled my dog (GSD) with 3 employees not including the (new) vet when he didn't need it and he has never had it done in any of his prior vet visits at any clinics. He just turned 7 this year. They 'accidentally' gave him an extra rabies shot without providing documentation (he wasn't due for a shot yet, he needed flea/tick meds, the whole reason we were there). The only reason we utilized this podunk spot is because our cat was the original pet patient from this place when no other places were accepting patients. They will not approve medications if you order outside of the company and they will only respond if you reach out to them first. I will NEVER be a customer again and I highly suggest you consider other places to take care of your loved ones. Take the drive to a better place for your pet
